This course is designed to give you an overview and understanding of varies way of meditation. It will give you a clear idee of when to implement which meditation.


Meditation can serve different purposes. I categorised them in
Self-realisation, Healing and creating.


Lets get started
In this video you receive the first exercise with which you can set the base for the course. It is super simple yet profound and will strengthen your ability to stay focused.

SESSION 2 LET IT BURN (healing)

The "Let is burn" meditation is a super simple technique, nice to do guided but not necessary. I recommend you doing this practice as soon as a trigger or pain arises. Create a little moment for yourself and sit down, be with it. Just feel it as it is. No big story, no avoidance, just you observing.
It is so powerful. 

The Vipassana meditation I nice to do at least two times this week. Super strong practise to be less identified with the body and become more and more the observer.

SESSION 3 DOWNLOADING (Create)

Downloading is like connecting to new information and opening up towards it to really receive it. Trusting your intuition to intuit something, the. you stay connected to it and receive more information about it. Either a state of being or a further scenario. We are so use to look things up online that we forget that we can connect to infinite intelligence ourselves as well.

SESSION 4 HEALING

This week I invite you into two new ways of healing stress, discomfort, anxiety.  You will be looking at the core of the beliefs behind your feelings and practice to remain in silence as soon as advertising thoughts come up :)

Session 5 Sexuality (Healing/create)

On many levels we can exchange information. Some we are aware of others not. Often we are mostly aware of the physical level. The words someone speaks, the way they look, what they do etc. The more subtle level is that of the kind of energy people send out, what vibe they carry around and what they communicate to you without you even needing to talk. The non verbale part. 

Your energetic body and the one of all beings around you are communicating constantly. Exchanging information. The more there is a relevance of exchange the more attracted you will feel to one and another. The more you will feel drown towards that person to have a conversation, have fun, make love, discus or even fight. Attraction means there is relevance in learning. 

Often ideas of how things should be are in the way of you and your natural attraction. Ideas about how to behave in social environments. Like you enter a room and you should great everyone, talk to everyone etc. Or in a relation ship you should make at least twice a week love. All this condoning makes us unable to follow that natural flow of attraction and relevance in learning. 

It is super helpful to become aware of the sexual / live energy that guides you, so you can follow it more directly.

- Exercises -

  • Do the guided entry breathing meditation a couple of times this week. 

  • Feel into people their energy. Become aware of the information exchange that is happening constantly.  

  • Eye gazing with yourself in the morrow. I would recommend doing it first for just 5 minutes. And then for about 15min. Look yourself straight into your eyes. Keep staring. Slow down your mind. Observe.

Holograming means an imagined projection of the future or past.
As soon as You are thinking about waking up tomorrow morning, you will start creating that experience. Often we let our unconscious mind project our future scenarios. There is a high probability that your unconscious mind is bast on fair and limiting beliefs. As soon as you start creating from a conscious place you will be able to create a complete different future. while feeling into your future scenarios and consciously creating it, you will start to feel energised, excited and happy. This state itself will already attract a more aligned reality.
